Yes, this was colored with good ol' colored pencils. Stamped on vellum cardstock (then layered over white when finished) and lightly colored on the back with 3 different shades of blue, pink, and purple colors; all done while talking on the phone with a friend. Whenever I needed a little bit of darker shading, those particular areas just got a little bit more pressure with the pencil.
Pulled out some DMD mulberry paper I had bought a Target last summer and some light pink parchment cardstock I bought at a stamp convention, but fortunately, I can find at CHF now.

I can't believe how beautiful this is with the good ole colored pencils. Isn't it nice to multitask? What could be better than catching up with a friend and getting to color too!
