This is my take on this week's Our Creative Corner Challenge. I used the inspiration photo primarily as a color challenge, but I also wanted to keep my lines clean and preserve the feel of the image - which to me is sort of summery clean and soft. I'm also channeling Tim Holtz today - I had a chance to watch him demonstrate yesterday at a stamp show I attended and just had to pull out my alcohol ink today. I did a version of polished stone using the butterscotch alcohol ink and the copper mixative, then embossed the flowers before cutting them out. I also lightly sponged over the sentiment. Thanks for another great challenge, ladies!
