For the WT174, the challenge was to either make something or use something mini. I decided that my canvas would be mini, and therefore would make ATCs to fulfill obligations for a ATC swap deadline that is approaching.
The sea horse image is a portion of a larger image from Outlines. I stamped the image with Marvy Dye black ink onto Georgia Pacific cardstock and colored the image with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils. The sea horse is pop-dotted to add some dimension.
Patterned paper, ribbon, eyelets were also used, and I did some paper piercing as well.
Thanks for looking, and thanks for the inspiration I needed to go miniature and get these finished.

Your ATC is absolutely stunning! I love all the little details, your superb colouring and choice of colours. Your fellow swappers are going to be very lucky to receive one of these beauties. TFS
