Hello and thank you for viewing my latest card. This card was created with a newly issued stamp from Clear Dollar Stamps called "Mama Kitty". When I saw this new illustrated stamp from Laurie Wilson's line of stamps at Clear Dollar Stamps, I knew that I just had to have it! Anyone who knows me, knows my that my avatar is my baby kitty, "Peanut" and I always "calico color" all my stamped kitties to resemble her. This stamp resembles her to a T!!!
Okay, now the deets: The background papers are from Rhona Ferrar (sp?). The upper red bg paper was run through the Cuttlebug using the "Traffic Jam" embossing folder. The turquoise border was run through the Cuttlebug using the "Swiss Dots" embossing folder and the scallops were created using the SU Slit Punch. I added a black strip border for contrast and added white dots using a Signo Pen and embellied with a black & white big brad from Making Memories. The sentiment was stamped using "Accesssories Fun" by Clear Dollar Stamps along with the purse on the kitty's tail. I sponged the sentiment using SU Tempting Turquoise and popped it up on dimensionals over a background white cardstock punched larger oval. Both ovals were doodled with black fine tip markers. The main stamped image of Mama Kitty was stamped twice and Prismacolored with Mineral Spirits. The 2nd stamped image was cut out and popped up on dimensionals along with the red purse that was cut out and Prismacolored with Mineral Spirits, as well. I added a little bling to the flap of her purse by using a "rhinestone jeweled" brad, cutting off the shank. I attached it to the purse with a "Zot" glue dot and then popped up the whole purse. I sponged around the kitty on the white cardstock that was punched with a Marvey Giga Square Punch, with SU Tempting Turquoise. I added a turquoise mat embossed with the "Swiss Dots" embossing folder and punched out with a Marvy Giga Scalloped Square Punch. I matted that on black cardstock and doodled the edge with a white Signo Pen. The whole square stamped image is also popped up on dimensionals. The finishing touch is the red & white polka dotted satin ribbon from "Bobbin Ribbon".
What do you think of my new card?

Didn't mean to submit that yet... I was going to say...
that scallop had to take forever! Using the slit punch!
There is a lot of detail on that card.. I love it!
