 | | Here is my card for the Limited Supplies challenge - only 4 layers -only red, white & Blue colors - only 4 embellies or tools - any theme.
I used my new Artful INKables stamp set Sunburst Dandies - www.artfulinkables.com - for the flower on this card -I inked it with blue and red chalk inks then layered it on scalloped nestabilities. I made a banner for my sentiment. I made 2 score lines on each end 1/4 inch apart and folded - in and out - to make it 3D.
I may have one too many layers on this card so don't count them ok???!!!
