Here is my card for today's sketch challenge. I had to get mine done early because today my son is having some oral surgery--6 teeth are being extracted. He is only 13 so I am not looking forward to what the day may hold. Keep both of us in your prayers. He don't seem to be to nervous about it--that would be me!! I hope to be able to comment once we get home.
I love this sketch!! I have used it (well at least very similar alot in the past) Even though it is time consuming I just love the way it looks when you are done--can't wait to seen everyones creations.
I used the Blossoms Abound which I borrowed from my friend cullenwr. My background squares are 3 layers with the white piece having been run through my CB. Added a sentiment from Small Script, sponged around the center panel with Sage Shadow on the white and Plum on the next layer. Fininally I finished it off with a couple dew drops. I just love the way Perfect Plum and Pale Plum set each other off.
Thanks for looking--have a great rest of the week--we are at the half way point!!
