We went out to Tater's Sat. evening to gather rocks for a flower bed. While the guys were outside playing in the dirt, we went into her rubber room and played with our toys. As usual, I was snooping around where I shouldn'ta been and found this framed picture. She said "Well you nosy little witch, Happy Birthday! You might as well take it home now." So I did. Happy b/day to me 2 months early. I love it.
I haven't a clue what rubber stamps she used. Maybe shen she sees this, she'll add to the comments the stamps, ink, etc. This idea came from a Leisure Arts book found on clearance at H/Lobby by a mutual friend. She gave me one and Phyllis one. The book is Stamp'n Stitch Nature, combining the two techniques of rubber stamping on Aida or Linen, then beading and x-stitching the lettering.
Can you beat a pal like this? But she didn't have to call me a little witch. (and she didn't say "witch")

You are making me blush!!! The dragon fly stamps are these hard foam type stamps that I've had so long I don't even remember where I got them. The other stamps are Stampabilities and the ink is Stamp N Up, Old Olive, True Thyme, and Mellow Moss.

Whatr a nice surprise to go rock hunting and come home with this lovely treasure! That Tater is a sweetheart! This is just gorgeous! (And I know she did not say the 'b' word, not Tater!)
