1. My son was born the end of November. As a matter of fact, I spent Thanksgiving Day in the hospital. The only time that I have ever eaten rubber turkey!
2. It seems when he was a little kid all his friends had summertime birthdays. Every November when I asked him what kind of birthday party he wanted he would say, a pool party.
3. How about a bowling party, or a ice skating party. No I want a pool party!
4. Pool parties in the winter in an indoor swimming pool is just not the same. Probably because the life guard won't even let you run and jump in the pool from the edge of the grass!
5. And you can't throw watermelon rhines at each other!
6. Such is life when you are born in November! It's the pits, I tell ya!

Very cute card. Love those embellies and the cute penguin. My mom always had problems with me and my winter birthday. I wanted to go on a "pickernick" and go hiking up in the rock formations at a nearby tourist attraction. Ofcourse I didn't understand it was way too cold for that.

I have this little guy, haven't had the nerve to use him yet...love your summertime pool party theme, the flip flops and beach ball. We had a couple of indoor pool parties for our daughter, February birthdays are tough that way too! No watermelon rind throwing either...;)
