Not Quite Navy - Not Quite as Terrible as I Thought!

I admit it - I was scared of Not Quite Navy! I didn't know what to do with it for some reason, but challenged myself (and leaned on my trusty Colour Coach for support) and made it through! I really like it now, it looks great with the Bashful Blue the coach suggested and So Saffron works well too.

The Word Window and Flower layers are popped up. I'm loving that striped ribbon, it's so lovely to work with!

ITA-this is lovely-the scan looks like night of navy but I can see how the colors would blend
