SC178 Just Ducky Welcome Baby

This is my submission for today's sketch challenge. I needed a baby card, so that's where the ducky came from, plus I've been wanting to use him for awhile!!
The polka dots, umbrella, and raincoat were done with crystal effects, so much fun!!
