 | | The image is from one of my very favorite companies, High Hopes.. Fun fun stamps! They were colored with prisma pencils. I cut out the image and mounted with foam tape and then cut out the characters again and they were raised over the first image. They seemed to blend too much into the background, so I used crystal effects over them. You really can't see in the pix but it makes them pop out more. The clouds were cut and raised and then used liquid applique over. The 'forget me nots' were from Loads of Love. That corner seemed to need some color. Sewed around the edges.
