 | | This idea took me forever, but I guess it came out alright. I used blue su cs and ran it through the CB swirl folder for the base. I layered with creamy caramel, chocolate chip & blue cs. I stamped the image with black stazon on watercolor paper and colored with my primascolor pencils with baby oil. The fish is cutout and popped on with a 3D dot. I also tied hemp around the layer. I also stamped tiny fishing images onto the brown cs. |
