 | | This is the first note card I made using the new Fresh Cuts Notes and stamp set. I am not sure how happy I am with my first attempt, but can see me enjoying both the set and the laser cut notes the more I play with them.
I used the "thumping" technique with this card, inking the stamp with Sage Shadow ink then thumping some of the images with my Brocade Blue marker. Once I had stamped the main image I wanted to fill in the white space surrounding it so I stamped off my Canvas stamp with Creamy Caramel ink and went over the entire image.
The cardstock behind the flower cut out is Sage Shadow that has been swiped with matching ink, and the flower in the center was stamped with the Brocade Blue then cut out and adhered to the card.
