I must say I really enjoyed this week's Featured Stamper challenge, to CASE a card in Dawnsing's gallery. I wasn't too familiar with her work before but I love her clean-cut style! I picked this card to CASE: Glittering Gift Set by dawnsing at Splitcoaststampers
I hadn't used Mixed Bouquet in a long time so that's why I picked it. Plus this card took less than ten minutes to put together, always a plus! I changed the colors and sentiment, but the rest is pretty much the same. The flowers are stamped with Bravo Burgundy craft ink and embossed with Iridescent Ice, and then I stamped the leaves and sentiment with Always Artichoke classic ink. I used sponge daubers to lightly apply ink to the insides of the flowers and leaves for just a hint of color. Add some ribbon to the top and voila! Finished!

When I try to make a card with just one layer I always end up thinking it looks plain and boring, but this is beautiful! You have inspired me to keep trying
