My uncle finally succumed to his illness and passed away. These six cards are for my six cousins (his children). I was pleased in having been able to make quick and easy cards (for a change). The tree is VM with gold embossing powder.
The reason for blue ink is that he was a male.

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I think simplicity is always the way to go with sympathy-type cards, and you showcased that very well. I'm sure your cousins appreciated the small token with much gratitude.
