TLC168 was to combine an embossed image and watercolouring! Cripes! My two least favourite techniques ... only because I'm useless at both ... I love everyone else's ... WHAT TO DO?
I decided to go very easy on myself and choose the simplest stamp I could find .... tah dah ... Stampendous's Mon Cafe. They don't come much plainer. So I used versamark ink and my SU black embossing powder (oh how that stuff scares me!). I watercoloured my cup and saucer using SU's watercolour crayons (old olive) ... and yes the cardstock warped all over the place ... you have no idea how much glue it took to make it lie as flat as I could manage!!! LOL! Phew, who'd have thought this plain old card could have caused so much STRESS!!!!! Time for bed now to recover!!!

Your finished card is really nice. I love the cup image and I imagine this card even looks better IRL. I like the brads in the corners and the sentiment on each side. Well done.

C'mon Emma, I can hardly believe you are no pro at watercoloring or embossing! One could never prove that point with this card. Love your design layout. Ooooh, so perfect is this! Your image is beautifully, and yes I said beautifully, colored and embossed! You've mastered these techniques long ago, Emma. Great card.
