Frequent Flyer Hedgie is tilting back and forth on his dandelion ride! :-)
Used two pennies and foam dimensionals to create the tilting motion!
Punched all corners with Inset corner punch. Colored images with pencil crayons and blended with stumps and blender marker. Punched 1/4 inch circles for Faux Brads.
