For the color and technique challenges. I stacked twill which was run through my navy pad with green ribbon. the scallops are punched out of watercolor paper. The image is colored with reinkers, the cuttled panel was rubbed with my glorious green pad. I added red stickles to give some BLING. TFL.

I'm really liking the colors in the challenge on these little gnome guys! It really brings out their whimsy! Love your CB embossing and negative technique, too.
