Yes :-) You can do this with a stencil, paper casting mold, rubber stamp... and probably other things. For this one I used a stencil and to get more dimension in the cast I put the stencil on foam mounting tape (detacked a bit so I could remove the tape when done). Lay a piece of toilet paper on stencil, take a stencil brush, get it wet and stipple the toilet paper so that it forms to the shape. Continue adding toilet paper one layer at a time, stippling each layer well so it blends with the previous layer, rewetting the stencil brush as needed. I like to use several layers 8-12 but some people say you can get by with 3-4. Let the casting dry in place and then remove.
