This is for today's (it's still Thursday in Cali!) Ways to Use It Challenge WT157. The challenge was to use DSP for everything but the card base.
I decided to ink up my "Nightmare" bride. I know there's a love/hate relationship with her, but I'm on the love side. She reminds me of my grandmother when she got married in the early 20's. And yes, she was that skinny!
I didn't have any Chocolate Chip taffeta ribbon, so I thought I would make my own with my Vanilla taffeta ribbon and my CC craft pad. What a mistake! I'll never do that again. The ribbon was so saturated with ink, I think it's still wet! Oh the things we do for papercrafts. :-) I sponged the edges of the DSP to give it an antique look. Plus, all the Chocolate Chip CS is stamped with the Canvas BG, so it is ALL patterened paper.
Thanks for looking!
