My first TLC159--Pick-A-Petal

I have definitely never tried this Faux Cloisonne (did I spell that right..?) technique, but I really liked it! Thanks for a great challenge, betty!

I obviously used Pick a Petal on this one, and I got my image from a free issue of Backyard Living magazine. Lots of cool floral pictures! I do have to say, though, that the hardest part of this for me was finding a glossy photo somewhere that would work and was big enough to use. Much harder than making the actual card!!

Paper: summer sun, really rust, white cardstocks, shiny gold and textured gold--probably from Hobby Lobby or Mike's

Ink: brilliance galaxy gold, versamark

Accessories: photo corner punch, gold brads, ribbon from WalMart (30 cent clearance, baby!), tag corner punch, versamark/gold embossing powder/heat gun, designer label punch, large oval punch, and Clear Effects

Techniques: faux cloisonne
