I am making an album for my parents for their 40th anniversary and it will tell the story of who they are as individuals and as a couple. I am asking their siblings, parents and children to each give me their favorite memories and the impact they had on their lives. I am also asking for the memories that make up a lifetime - immigration, end of WWII, having children, etc. I am also asking for the recipes that help to define our celebrations. I am going to scrapbook the stories of our lives and present it to them. This is my page and it has my favorite memories from childhood and the difference they have made in my life by being the parents that they are.

That is a very beautiful page. It's wonderful that you are putting this book together for them. I'm sure they will treasure it forever. It will also make for a nice heirloom piece.
