This month's Dirty Girl challenge gives a shout of recognition to any of the Dirty Girls who have illustrated stamp designs. I used one of Anna Wight's (sweetmissdaisy) designs for Whipper Snapper. Challenge rules stated we were also to use Spring colors. We were restricted from using any die cut or embossing machines such as Cuttlebug.
I used a dry embossing technique to puff out the vase, then applied Crystal Effects to make the vase look glassy. I learned about dry embossing from Linda Bullard when she explained it on this gorgeous card: Dry Embossed Vellum Calla by labullard at Splitcoaststampers
