Hi! This card was made for today's Ways to Use It Challenge: Paint the Town.
I just happened to have a DABBER bottle of Adriondack Acrylic Paint! (in Cranberry!) It is to TOTAL match to SU!'s Purely Pomegranate, so I got really lucky!
I detail Black embossed the heart from Always on Whisper White paper. Next, I used the Adirondack paint Dabber to apply the paint to the white areas.
I let it dry and then BUFFED away the excess paint. This gave the heart a "shabby" look, and I really had to re-think the card...
I embossed Dotted in White onto the Regal Rose and outlined the dots with a Black marker. (Then, I used the Marvy Mega Oval to punch it out.)
I stamped Tres Chic in Old Olive onto the Ginger Blossom paper and dotted the edges.
The Billie the Bird was stamped on retired SU! dp and so was Beatrice Birdie. (The sentiment, heart and birds are all embossed.)
The largest oval was made with the Coluzzle and the berries from Always were used to outline. I added white dots with the Signo Pen.
