OK - I've gone a little "crab happy" here, but I have just fallen in love with this adorable set. I'll stop posting these "silly" little guys soon, but I'm just having too much fun!

Oh, don't stop posting fishy friends! I love this set too and this card is adorable with the wheel image peeking through! I like the coral and turquoise colors together. Great job! Did you crimp the metal edged tag?

SO how did you do the tag part? Is it a vellum or a cardstock tag and did you remove the vellum or cardstock and put the acetate in. I'm kerflummoxed; I thought I'd seen all the Pearlex techniques but I'm not familiar with this one.

Thank you so much ladies - you all make my day! All you need to do is take the "innards" out of your tag - use those ones that you mess up on (never throw those away!!!), run it partly through your paper crimper. Stamp your little crab onto acetate with Staz-on, apply your adhesive (Xyron is what I like to use), apply various Pearl-Ex colors to the side that has the adhesive on it(I even mix my own if I don't have the color I want), put another strip of adhesive on the same side as the Pearl-Ex (I like to use doublesided carpet tape for this step, it is available at your local Home Depot), adhere to black cardstock to really make the Pearl-Ex pop and then adhere to the back side of the metal-edge tag "frame". OK so there are loads of steps, but that's what makes it look so sparkly. I may be the multi-step queen, I just can't seem to know when to quit. Have fun with it and post your creations! Inky Hugs, Ellen
