I bought a bunch of stuff at Target this summer (Primas, DP, a few punches) on MAD clearance and rarely reach for them. Perhaps hoarding, perhaps non-SU that I can't demo-- thanks for stretching me today, Jacksonbelle!

Very pretty! I love how you used all the big elements of the paper, bow, and flowers, with the tiny words from Noteworthy! TFS! =)
