Hi, everyone. Sorry the picture is so dark. It was the best I could do under the circumstances - night time with bad lighting. So often I make stuff, give it away and never get a picture to share with you all. I made a dozen or so of these ornaments for coworkers and the gals in my stamping club. They are so cute IRL. I tried making ornaments with the buffalo snow but I got frustrated because it kept sticking to the sides of the ornaments. I switched gears and decided to use my crab stamp so I could use white sand instead. It worked out really well. FYI - the jingle shell is a shrinky dink I made with the SU scallop punch. I also made a couple of blue crabs. They were very cute.

OMG I love this ornament! So cute! I have never made one of these and always wondered. Is the sand, etc. just loose in there? Wondering what happens to everything if someone should turn it upside down?
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

Yes, the sand is loose. You can shake it all around and move the shells. It doesn't mess it up at all. Really fun. FYI, I used Sharpies. I colored on the front and back of the transparency to get the color really vibrant and dark.
