A gal at work was wearing a red shirt with black & white "flourishes" on it. I told my two stampin co-workers that I was going to make a card like that. They thought I was crazy!
I bought a set of clear stamps (flourishes) at Hobby Lobby. Not sure that I like them. After using black the polymer has already turned yellow.
The roses are stamped on real red and cut out. They are then put on pop dots onto the stamped image on white.
