The frame is stamped onto Cool Caribbean cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail EP, and then cut out to make a window.
The frame and angel are stamped onto cardstock vellum, again using Versamark and white detail EP. I colored on the back with SU! markers and a blender pen, then mounted it behind the window.
The card base is Papertrey's Stamper's Select white cardstock (wonderful!).

I was able to see this card IRL yesterday. I am so lucky! verything about this card is absolutely stunning. The white embossing powder with the coloring behind the cardstock vellum is so perfect for this stamp. Just beautiful Linda.

Wow.............what a wonderful card. I have all of the stamps and will try it. I can't figure out how you cut the window. Was it die cut or with scissors ? If with scissors....you did a fantastic clean job. She does look very Heavenly................

Oh, my! This is so gorgeous! The vellum window sends it right over the top. Absolutely incredible! I love the Baroque swirls in the background. Way, way too pretty, Linda!
