Nite Lite stamped on velum with copper ink, embossed with copper powder. On back side of velum using brayer and kaledescope ink pad made the AZ sunset effect. Attached velum to lamp shade pre-sticky form. Then trimed the edges of the shade with copper foil tape. Same stuff used for edging microscope slides. Gives the shade a nice finished look.
*Stamp of Castle Rock in Sedona, AZ and "back at the ranch" are both from Stamp A Mania out of Las Cruces, NM. They have great southwest stamps and the really unique thing about these stamps is that the back that where the images in nomally stamped on clear and attached is actually laser carved in the wood making these even nicer to look at displayed. I found these at one of my favorite stamping shops which I stop at when I am on my way to see my family. Well worth the stop along the way. The name of the store is S.A.G.E. Crafts. If your ever in Sedona, AZ look for it, and if your like me when traveling had have to have a momento of the trip I know look for a stamp store and buy a stamp of the area when ever possible.

Ohhh, I miss Arizona so much. I grew up in Scottsdale and we used to go to Sedona and Christopher Creek several times every summer, to get away from the heat in the valley. I am so homesick seeing this Castle rock stamp!!! This is so pretty how you did the sunset with the custom kaleidoscope pad. Very nice!!!
