How can you not case a stamper like Shelly (aka Papermoon). She's amazing. This is based on her card: Dirty & Distressed by papermoon04 at Splitcoaststampers. I love the layout and style of card. It is a very Shelly card to me, sort of French Provencal
I changed the size of the card to 5.5 x 5.5, changed the color scheme (this was a color challenge a couple of months ago), changed the stamping on the 3 panel to be leaves so it's slightly more masculine, added different ribbon and a Build a Brad, and added piercing and changed the sentiment. Overstamped Linen, lots of sponging and lots of dimensionals.
This will be for our office to sign for my beloved's birthday. He'll be 40 ! this year He just got home from a weekend away with our students, so he found me stamping. I told him, pretend you don't see this

Wow, the colors are so masculine and there is the french provencal feel to yours as well. I love the size and the piercing and the build a brad, very nice Christine!

Ohh Christine, this is beautiful.
I wasn't going to post the one I did, I don't know what I was thinking using that striped paper I used. I just couldn't capture Shelly's style at all. And I just love her work.
You have done her proud, this is gorgeous, I want to remove my card.
