Have you checked out the Holiday Cards Volume 2 issue yet? It's full of amazing cards. I just HAD to try Julia's card on page 31.
My card base is Cranberry Crisp. The next layer is Kringle with a small circle of Peppermint, a snowflake brad and some Cranberry Crisp stitched ribbon. The chipboard ornament was inked with my Craft White Ink Pad, embossed with Christmas Sparkle embossing powder with a piece of Cranberry Crisp ribbon on top. The ornament is layered on Festive, which is layered on Sage Shadow. Peppermint and Kringle layers were sponged with Cranberry Crisp ink. Festive layer was sponged with Sage Shadow ink. The sentiment was done by first inking up the stamp with VersaMark and immediately inking it up with Cranberry Crisp and then stamped onto the cs. It's embossed with clear embossing powder.
I really like the way this turned out, but if I were to do it again, I'd sponge the edges of the ornament with Cranberry Crisp to give it a bit more dimension.
So, what do you think? TFL - Regina

Oh my word! This is beautiful! I love the ornament - it's so muted in the thumbnail and just jumps out at you in the picture! I can see what you mean about sponging it for more dimension but I do like it just as it is here!
