There is no pattern for this, I just took a pocket folder in white and cut it in half. Then I scored that in half and you have the folder base. Then I covered it in paper and embellished. Oh yeah, the inside where the note pad sits is cut twice about an inch apart so that you can slide the note pad in. Hope that helps!
