A Thank You card for a friend.
The butterfly image was simply stamped with gold pigment ink and then I used Verdigris embossing powder. Then I also used a blender pen and Almost Amythist ink pad to color the inside of the butterfly. (it's too light to see in the picture I think!) Then I sponged with gold ink around the vanilla paper.
The background was stamped with a Itty Bitty background (I THINK...) with the gold pigment ink and Verdigris embossing powder as well and then sponged around the edges. For the yellow...I mean So Saffron paper and Almost Amythist in the center I just tore the bottom of the rectangles and sponged with the gold pigment ink so it looked textured. Then added the ribbon.

Thank you! Well I'm sorry I didn't explain the card very well, I've never posted anything before and it's really a lot harder to explain than I thought it would be! But I will try now. I was reading some of the other posts, so I think I should be more detailed. Ok here goes:
