This is my card for our card swap in October. I am getting a head start on it, and have 6 completely done out of the 14 needed.
Used groovy guava card stock and designer background paper. Used very vanilla for the Bon Appetit! doorway, Took the stepped affect on the stripes to give appearance of the chef coming down the stairs carrying a newly fresh baked loaf of bread. He is outlined with aquapainter in going grey reinkers, his scarf, pants and cuffs are going grey marker and black for his shoes. I used white gel pen for dots in the pants and scarf. His tray is silver ziggie, and the bread is the round tag punch folded in half, then creamy caramel marker for stipes and aquapainted with creamy caramel for the bread look. After attaching to the tray I took crystal affects and smeared around to give it a better appearance of bread. I put crystal affects on his buttons, and shoes. Hope you like my swap. Thanks for looking.

Wow - you have combined so many techiques in one card. I would have never thought to use the striped paper to make it look like steps! It works wonderfully. I also thought you had paper pieced the pants but you used the white gel pen. Then there is the punch - what a great work of art! To think you are making 14????? What a woman!
