These were pretty easy to make. I got the measurements from a very special demo friend. I attached my lid to the sides so it can slide off and be reused.
Measurements:
2 pieces 9-1/2 x 5-1/4 card stock, each scored at 3/4 and 5-1/8 inch, taped together with sticky strip. Lid is a 6-1/2 x 6-1/2 square score one inch from all sides.
Due to all the "Buzz" I did some research and found the original Post and want to make sure she gets proper credit. I thought I was just posting something everyone else was already doing. anyway, under Looks Like Spring, Her username is CMBStamber, I do not know how to post a link. She has more details to her Tissue box in the comments.
The measurements for the ovals on mine are Moss/White-2nd & 3rd from outside. Top ovals are 3rd & 4th from outside. This will have to be adjusted according to your box of tissue. The bands are 1 inch thick to mimic the lid sides. Have fun.

I would also love to be included if you are sending out the instructions. As allergic as I am, I have a box of tissue with me all the time...imagining one to match my car, my bedroom, bathroom, craft room.......!
