Awesome card. Can you explain more about the 4 layers... Does thise mean you started with a black rectangle with embossing liquid all over it? TIA for some tips. LOVE your card.

Thanks for the compliments!!!!! To get the enamelled look, you need a piece of paper a bit bigger than your stamp, Versamark (or embossing pad) embossing powder and stamps. Ink the paper with the Versamark so it's coated. Dump on EP, shake off excess and emboss (tweezers are a good idea too!). If you are quick you can add more EP on the first layer and it will stick. Otherwise, add more Versamark and emboss again. Repeat until you have four layers. Stamp your image into the Versamark (this makes removal from the EP easy), heat the EP again, and, while it is still hot, place your stamp into it. Give it a second to cool off, and pull your stamp out. To add the heart, I just reheated a corner and stamped the heart in. The beauty of this technique is that if you mess it up, just re-emboss and try, try again! Happy stampin'!
