I place the coaster on my cutting mat and center my Creative Memories circle cutter. It takes several times around, but the blade will cut through the lightweight coasters I got from http://stores.ebay.com/StarLitStudio
I then sprayed the coaster with spray adhesive. I attached a 5x5" square of DCWV Luxury DP to the coaster. I used scissors and trimmed the DP around the edge of the coaster. I turned the coaster over and used an Xacto knife to trim out the circle from the DP (the scalloped frame will cover it, so it doesn't have to be completely neat)
I used the Creative Memories circle cutter to cut the same size circle from Bazzill Bling cardstock. Then I positioned my scallop circle punch over the opening to cut out the frame. I sprayed the frame with spray adhesive and attached it around the opening.
The flowers and gem were attached with glue dots. I ran a strip of strong tape across the bottom to attach the ribbon. The heart is punched from the center of the Hostess Riveting Set and attached with a glue dot.
I used E6000 adhesive to attach two 3/4" magnets on either side of the opening. A photo can be placed behind the frame and the magnets will hold the frame & photo to a refrigerator or file cabinet.
** I used Elmer's Craft Bond Acid Free Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive
