Love this hippo paper and matching stamps! I layered the hippo paper and striped paper over a scalloped edge of pear cardstock that I embellished with a white Signo pen. To make the purple scallops at the bottom, I drew a pencil line, inked the flower stamp from the Hip Hip Hooray set (the same flower that is embossed), and simply stamped the flower over and over again along the pencil line. It was super easy and quick since the stamps are clear! The stamp does overlap, but I just covered that part up with the patterned paper!
For the sentiment, I embossed the flower stamp and then added the words inside. The green circle underneath was actually stamped with a straight line stamp! I wanted to make it into a circle, so I punched a circle out of cs, put my acrylic block over it, and then stuck the clear stamp to the block, following the shape of the circle underneath! You have to ink it and stamp it quickly so it doesn't pop back off the block, but it definitely works!

Very pretty! Love the colors and scallop details. Very clever using the straight line stamp to make the circle -- have to try that! Hmm, all the possibilities...
