I used stampin pastels, a strip of paper and a cotton ball. I alternated colors and rubbed the chalk along the edge of my scrap strip of paper. I went both ways diagonally until it was covered. Then just rub gently with the cotton ball all over to soften the lines. I am uploading a stipple butterfly sample that I used the same technique for, only I used a traingular scrap to do it.
