Paint chip Sympathy
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: deca1964

Is it tacky to case yourself??? I did a paint chip card waaay back that has always been among my favorites and now I re-did it here. I stamped the trees in black staz-on and instead of one bow (like in my original one) I put a small bow at both ends. I stamped the oak from this set in the lower corner of the inside of the card too.
The scan isn't very true to the colours...the paint chip really is shades of green...looks more brown tones here :(

This is beautiful! I love how that stamp set stretches across those paint chips! Beautiful card and *no,* I don't think it's tacky to case yourself. I've done it too. I am so new to stamping and struggling for ideas that when one works out well, I'm excited to case it and know *just what I'm doing* the next time! It's a beautiful card! TFS!

What a great idea and a beautiful card. Love the colours and the serenity of the card. I agree that it is not tacky to case yourself - a good idea is always worth doing again. TFS!! Christine
