Had a friend come over today and we got to play with a few fun things!
Heated Pearls Technique:
First I took my black staz-on pad and using DTP, colored my glossy. My friend used Purple Staz-On on her background and it really looked awesome too! Squeeze a quarter size pool of glue onto your glossy cardstock. Take a brush or your finger and spread it around the entire piece of cardstock. Stipple Pearl Ex (in this case copper) over top of the glue. Wash your stipple brush so the glue doesn't dry. Take a heat gun and start heating the glue & PE and watch it start to bubble. Set aside. I stamped my image in copper pigment and embossed with copper EP then adhered everything with brads.
You can use combinations of PE colors when you are doing this technique. My friend mixed some copper & silver nto hers and it made a gorgeous background!
Experiment and have fun!

Have never heard of that technique. Sounds a bit of fun too! WOW! Great look. There is just something about the black and copper that look sooo striking!
Thanks for sharing the directions, will put this on the "need to try" list for sure! SOON!

Great card - so do you just use elmers? Or some other glue?
