to use fabric in today's challenge...well, I've long ago gotten rid of all my material and lots of sewing paraphernalia!
I did find this antique crocheted edging that I'd taken from an old dresser scarf (probably thinking I'd use it on one of my girl's dresses.....HA!! those girls are 32 and 29 now!!). It is sewn by machine onto the cs, 2 corners I had to miter the other 2 were already done;) I frayed what little woven cotten was left along the edge and heated the ribbon.
(linen is stamped in blush blossom in the background but it probably doesn't show)
roses have a little prismacolor pencil for definition

OMG Dawn....your card is a work of art.......just stunning! You should put in a shadow box frame. I love your frayed edge, crocheted edging, colors, beautifully colored flowers, heated ribbon and tag. Really amazing. TFS

Oh Dawn this is beyond anything I have ever seen! I cannot stop looking at it! Oh the talent here is breathtaking and totally inspiring! This is the B~O~M~B girl!
