Burgundy Sauce:
3 Tbl cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup red burgundy wine
1 Tbl soy sauce
1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Blend cornstarch with 1/4 water in 3 quart sauce pan; stir in remaining ingredients gradually. Heat to boiling stirring constantly!! Do not walk away from this or it will clump until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring and then simmer on low. Add the meatballs and let simmer until heated through. Rose
