I made this for the 100th Ways to Use It challenge using the Web to look for ideas. I found this pretty Ladybug/Daisy pin, but I think my card hardly does it justice.
I embossed the daisy in white and used pastels to add the blue and yellow coloring. I embossed the flower center with silver ink and hologram highlights EP to make it sparkly like the pin's center. I also embossed a stem and leaves in silver to resemble the silver on the pin. The ladybug is colored over with glaze pens to make it shiny too.
I like the contrast of the bright red ladybug against the soft pastels of the flower. It also worked well with this weeks Sketch Challenge layout. The flower center and ladybug are popped up on dimensionals. Leaves were just cut out and taped into place.
