There are five faux techniques on this card--Layering, linen, brads, leather, and stitching. Not sure about the ribbon but will leave it for now.
Edit note: I have since put the grossgrain Under the main image--folded, same as show, just under. And there are actually 6 faux techniques because the green on the right looks torn, but it is just the black pen

This is a great natural card. How did you do the faux leather technique? I've tried it with masking tape and it comes out looking more like cork, not leather. I'd appreciate any tips anyone can give me. Thanks and Have a Happy....Cotton

Hi ladies, for the leather look, I took a piece of brown cardstock, soaked it with water, wrung it out, ironed it lightly, and let it dry completely. Glad you like it. Yes, Diane i am practicing--just signed up
