This is very simple. I placed about 12 drops of red reinker into the ornament and totally swirled it around until the whole inside was covered. Depending on the size of the ornament you may need a few more drops. Be careful not to place too much in there.
If there is any excess in the ornament let it drain in a paper cup for a couple of minutes. I use small bathroom cups to pour the glitter into the ornament, then swirl it all around until fully covered. You want to place plenty of glitter in the ornament and then just dump the excess and you can reuse it. I like to mix the red and green together.
I have done ornaments using many of the colored reinkers and a glitter close to the shade of the ink for the inside. You can use dazzling diamonds but the color is very pale, I tend to like the more brilliant colors.
