I loved this workshop WOW!! the gal punched 4 squares in a scrap of cardstock to use as a template for the windows. Then she used sponge daubers and pastels to make the different colors of squares. She then stamped the images in versamark and again daubed the same color pastel onto the images. It really popped!
Loved the little polka-dot ribbon tied inside the knot of the solid color ribbon!

Gorgeous card, just browsing this gallery for ideas around pastels and this is wonderful. Big thanks to EmilyB for explaining the process - I have to try that. Thank you!
