Got this idea from SCS. Can't remember who to give credit to, but her's was a perpetual calendar. Used her directions/dimentions and came up with this advent calendar. Going to offer it as a class for the holidays. The words and numbers are typed on the computer, but for a class I'd demo an alpha set. I used the computer for speed!

Here are some loose directions.PM me if you need additional help.
Start with a 12 x 12 piece of card stock for base. I cut 4 strips of the double sided patterned paper 12" x 2 1/4" and score at 1/2 and fold up using bone folder. Starting at the bottom using double side tape start to adhere strips to base working your way up. Now punch out your numbers using the tag punch. Use one as a guide. Measure in 6" and place a tag so the center of the tag is at 6" (I eye balled it). Using a paper piercer, I punched holes on either side. Use my photo as a guide. Then I pierced the very left and right sides, then evenly placed the other 6 tags in between piercing as I went along. Then insert your brads and bend backs being careful they don't show on the far sides.Using your 1st row as a guide, continue piercing holes till all 4 rows are complete. Stamp/embellish as desired at the top. I used two eyelets on the upper right and left to loop the ribbon as a hanger. Hope this is clear!
