Another class project for tomorrow night - teaching the reflection technique. I'm not sure the camera shows how pretty this really is IRL - I'm so pleased with the end result and hope everyone else will be tomorrow night as well.
Here's a little detail about the card -
I stamped the tree in old olive and then used choc chip marker to color in the trunks & garden green & ruby red to "thump" on the trees to give more dimension and color to the trees. I chalked in nqn over the "water" and "skies" and garden green for the grass. I drew in the shore and used versamark and clear embossing powder (2 layers) for the water. I removed the guard from the wrought iron corner punch to punch into the sides of the ruby red cardstock (which was crimped and DTP) and then threaded copper cording through it. I stamped the circle of friendship stamp in ruby on vellum and embossed with clear embossing powder and then tied it to the cording.
